On 24 September at @Blackwood Rugby Club, we held the Liberty Care Music Festival together with Liberty Care. The festival welcomed around one hundred attendees, including people with additional needs and their families, and was honoured by the presence of the Cllr Dawn Ingram-Jones - Aberbargoed & Bargoed .

 

The afternoon featured performances from local music bands and a Ukrainian artist, creating a warm and uplifting atmosphere. A multidisciplinary team was also present to support and ensure the comfort and safety of all participants.

 

This wonderful event brought the community together to connect and celebrate through the joy of music.

 

I would like to thank Liberty Care Limited , and especially Polly and Rachel for bringing this idea to life; Lietta , Joshua and Izaak Hare for their wonderful songs; Chris Davis for all equipment and help; all the volunteers who did incredible work creating videos, designing posters and introducing the bands; our photographer Daria Zhdanova, who always knows how to capture the most important moments; Team Multiply for their support; and everyone who contributed to making this festival such a success.
